Delivery Within Klang Valley

We provide delivery services within the Klang Valley, covering areas within a 40 km radius from our headquarters in Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.

Unfortunately, deliveries beyond this radius are currently unavailable.

• Delivery Hours: Daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and delivery volume.

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM.

• Delivery Charges: Rates start from RM6 and vary depending on the destination.

  Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on postcode validation.

 

Outstation Delivery (Nationwide)

We also offer nationwide delivery to selected states through our trusted logistics partners, each with specific delivery arrangements.

• Delivery Charges: Start from RM10, with no minimum purchase requirement.

  Fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination postcode.

Subscription Delivery Schedule

• For first-time subscription deliveries, flowers will be delivered on the date selected at checkout.

• For subsequent deliveries, flowers will arrive the next day following each billing cycle.

 

Recipient Unreachable

If the recipient cannot be reached via phone, email, or SMS on the scheduled delivery date, a 50% surcharge on the next delivery fee will apply for the subsequent delivery attempt.

 

Limitations of Responsibility

While we strive for timely and accurate deliveries, Pudu Ria Florist cannot be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural or unforeseen events (e.g., government actions, war, civil unrest, extreme weather, power failure, or supply issues)

• National or local transportation disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete address and/or postcode provided by the sender

• Recipient unavailability at the delivery address

• Quality deterioration due to incorrect address or rerouting requests

• Product issues caused by improper handling after receipt by the recipient
