1. Subscription Options

We offer flexible subscription plans to suit your lifestyle and preferences:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-Weekly

  • Monthly

Each plan comes with exclusive discounts based on delivery frequency.

Your registered payment method will be automatically charged on a prepaid basis every 4 weeks, in line with your selected delivery schedule.

 

2. Subscription Management & Customization

You can easily manage and personalize your subscription through our self-service subscription portal.

Available options include:

  • Pausing, cancelling, or rescheduling your subscription

  • Editing subscription details (adding products, changing variants, or increasing quantities)

  • Adjusting delivery frequency or billing date

  • Updating shipping addresses

  • Creating new subscription orders

 

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Your first delivery will be made on the date selected during checkout.

  • Subsequent deliveries will follow your chosen delivery frequency based on the initial delivery date.

Example:

If your first delivery date is 14 August 2024, your next deliveries will be scheduled as follows:

  • Weekly: 21 August 2024

  • Bi-Weekly: 28 August 2024

  • Monthly: 14 September 2024

This flexibility allows you to tailor your flower deliveries to your needs at any time.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle begins, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure cancellations are completed before the renewal date.
